Manufacturing Process
An iron metal sheet is stamped to create a raised outline of the design. The recessed cavities are then filled with soft enamel and baked to cure. All color filled areas are a level lower than the raised metal. An optional epoxy dome can be added to give a uniform level finish with a shinier look.
Please note that not all designs can be used in this process, colors must be spot colors with metal separating each one. No gradients, shading or four color process.
